This page explains, in plain words, what information RingToPaid collects, why, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

• Free check requests. Your name, business name, trade, business phone, email, service area, website or listing link, best time to reach you, and any referral code you enter.
• Demo line calls. When you call our demo number, the call is recorded and transcribed, along with the number you called from. The assistant asks for permission to record at the start of the call.
• Customer calls (for paying customers). Calls answered by a customer's AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed so the customer can see who called and what they need.
• Emails you send us. Whatever you include in the message.

The Speak-to-Invoice demo

The free demo on this website runs in your browser. What you type or say there, and any prices or company details you enter, are not sent to RingToPaid or saved by us. The demo keeps a small counter in your browser's storage. If you use the Speak button, your browser's built-in voice typing turns your speech into text; depending on your browser, that may be handled by your browser's maker (for example Google or Apple) under their privacy terms.

How we use it

• To do the free check you asked for and email you the results
• To reply to your questions and, if you ask, set up your service
• To run, check and improve the AI receptionist and demo line

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to text-message lists.

Who helps us

We use a few service providers to run RingToPaid. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Tally runs the free check request form.
• Retell AI and its phone carrier Twilio answer, record and transcribe calls.
• Google provides our email and the fonts on this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep check requests and demo call recordings only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and we delete them when you ask. Paying customers' records follow the retention rules in their service terms.

Your choices

Email ringtopaid@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us.
