You'll reach Keystone Home Repair, a made-up company we use for demos. Ask about prices, report a leak, or ask for a person. Calls are recorded.

Straight answers
The AI receptionist
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. You dial a short forwarding code on your phone so unanswered calls go to your AI receptionist instead of voicemail. We give you the exact code for your carrier and the code to turn it off.
Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business's automated assistant and asks permission to record. If a caller doesn't want that, it ends the call politely and you see that they called.
What happens with an emergency?
For gas, sparks, smoke, fire or someone hurt, it tells the caller to leave and call 911 right away. Leaks and lockouts are marked urgent so you see them first.
Can it book appointments?
Not yet. Today it takes the request and the best time to reach the caller, and you call back to schedule. We're working on an option to let it book estimate visits into open times on your calendar that you set.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every call is recorded and transcribed, so you can check exactly what was said. It's set up to say "I don't know" rather than guess.
How many calls do the minutes cover?
Most calls it answers take about 1 to 3 minutes: getting the caller's name, number, the job and the town. That means 300 minutes covers roughly 100 to 200 answered calls a month, and 750 covers roughly 250 to 500. Only calls you don't pick up use minutes. Most small shops fit the AI Receptionist plan; Pro is for crews that miss a lot of calls in busy season. Your call log shows exactly how many minutes you use.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your minutes. Then it's your choice: keep it answering at $0.30 per extra minute, or dial your forwarding-off code so calls go back to your voicemail until your new month starts. You can also move up to Pro anytime. You're never charged for extra minutes without a heads-up first.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Your minutes reset at the start of each billing month. If you regularly use far fewer or far more than your plan includes, we'll suggest the plan that fits.
Speak-to-Invoice
Are my estimates and invoices saved? Can I use them at tax time?
Yes. Speak-to-Invoice saves every estimate and invoice in your account. You can download any of them as a PDF, see totals invoiced and paid by month, quarter or year, and export everything to a spreadsheet for your bookkeeper or accountant. It keeps your records; it doesn't give tax advice.
Can I see won estimates or unpaid invoices separately?
Yes. Filter your documents list to see estimates that are sent, not sent, won or not won, and invoices that are not sent, sent but unpaid, or paid.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Upload your logo (PNG or JPG) and choose where it sits on your estimates and invoices: on the left, centered above your business name, or centered beside it.
If I change my rates or services, do my old estimates and invoices change?
No. Rate card changes apply only to new estimates and invoices. Everything you've already made keeps the prices it had.
Plans, billing and canceling
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Just email ringtopaid@gmail.com.
What if I cancel partway through a month?
Your AI receptionist keeps answering until the end of the month you already paid for. Then it stops, and you're not charged again. We don't refund partial months. Before it stops, we send you the code to turn call forwarding off, and you can export your call records and documents for 90 days. Come back within 90 days and we restore everything with no new setup fee.
What if I cancel an annual plan early?
Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, we refund the months you haven't started yet, minus the annual discount: the months you used are recharged at the monthly price. Example: AI Receptionist annual is $1,490. Cancel during month 4 and the 4 months used count as 4 × $149 = $596, so you get $894 back.
Do you offer discounts or a referral program?
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, which is two months free, and skip the setup fee. Customers who sign up through a referral also skip the setup fee. Our referral program opens soon: refer a business and earn 20% of what they pay for as long as they stay.
What is Get Found Setup?
A one-time service: we fix the problems your free check finds, like your Google Business Profile, your listings on other sites, and a simple way to ask customers for reviews. It's $249, or $149 with an AI Receptionist or AI Receptionist Pro plan. You give us manager access to your profiles, so you keep ownership. We do the work, but no one can honestly promise rankings, calls or leads, so we don't.
Can I get a refund on Get Found Setup?
Yes, a full refund any time before we start the work. Once we've started, it isn't refundable, because the changes are made and stay on your profiles. If we can't finish the work for a reason on our side, we refund you. The $149 price comes with an AI Receptionist plan: if you cancel that plan within 60 days, we bill the $100 difference, or take it out of an annual-plan refund.
Is the free check really free?
Yes. You get the results by email whether or not you ever buy anything.
