Terms of service

Draft under attorney review. We're not taking payments yet. During the pilot, we confirm terms with each customer in writing before any work or billing starts. When these terms are final, we'll update this page and its date.

These terms explain what RingToPaid provides, what you can expect, and how billing and canceling work, in plain words.

What we provide

  • AI Receptionist: an automated assistant that answers calls forwarded from your business number, using the facts you approve, and gets you each caller's details. Options such as booking appointments and quoting your rate-card prices are set up only if you ask for them.
  • Get Found Setup: a one-time cleanup of your Google Business Profile and listings, done with access you give us.
  • Visibility & Missed-Call Check: free, with no obligation.
  • Speak-to-Invoice: a free demo now; the paid app is in early access.

What we don't promise

We don't promise search rankings, calls, leads, jobs or income. The AI receptionist can make mistakes; every call is recorded and transcribed so you can check what was said, and it is set up to take a message rather than guess. It is not an emergency service: for danger, it tells callers to call 911.

Your part

  • Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when your services, hours or prices change.
  • Approve the facts, and any rate card, the assistant uses.
  • Dial the call-forwarding code we give you, and dial the off code if you want calls to go back to your voicemail.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your business and your calls. The assistant asks every caller for permission to record; if your state or industry needs any other notice, tell us.

Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Plans: AI Receptionist is $149 a month with 300 call minutes, and AI Receptionist Pro is $249 a month with 750 call minutes. Only calls the assistant answers use minutes.
  • Setup fee: monthly AI Receptionist plans have a one-time $199 setup fee. It's waived on annual plans.
  • Annual plans: 10 times the monthly price, which is two months free.
  • Extra minutes: $0.30 each.
  • Contract: none. Plans are month to month.

If you run out of minutes

We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your minutes. Then it's your choice: keep it answering at $0.30 per extra minute, or dial your forwarding-off code so calls go back to your voicemail until your new month starts. You can also move up to Pro anytime. You're never charged for extra minutes without a heads-up first.

Unused minutes

No. Your minutes reset at the start of each billing month. If you regularly use far fewer or far more than your plan includes, we'll suggest the plan that fits.

Canceling a monthly plan

Your AI receptionist keeps answering until the end of the month you already paid for. Then it stops, and you're not charged again. We don't refund partial months. Before it stops, we send you the code to turn call forwarding off, and you can export your call records and documents for 90 days. Come back within 90 days and we restore everything with no new setup fee.

Canceling an annual plan

Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, we refund the months you haven't started yet, minus the annual discount: the months you used are recharged at the monthly price. Example: AI Receptionist annual is $1,490. Cancel during month 4 and the 4 months used count as 4 × $149 = $596, so you get $894 back.

Discounts

Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, which is two months free, and skip the setup fee.

Get Found Setup

A one-time service: we fix the problems your free check finds, like your Google Business Profile, your listings on other sites, and a simple way to ask customers for reviews. It's $249, or $149 with an AI Receptionist or AI Receptionist Pro plan. You give us manager access to your profiles, so you keep ownership. We do the work, but no one can honestly promise rankings, calls or leads, so we don't.

Yes, a full refund any time before we start the work. Once we've started, it isn't refundable, because the changes are made and stay on your profiles. If we can't finish the work for a reason on our side, we refund you. The $149 price comes with an AI Receptionist plan: if you cancel that plan within 60 days, we bill the $100 difference, or take it out of an annual-plan refund.
